to hunt and harvest deer, to be within setbacks and to recover deer that have been harvested,

on my property, in accord with the guidelines and standards, as set by the NYSDEC, during the 2026-2027 Suffolk County bowhunting season. This consent remains in effect until rescinded by the property owner.

SCDM does not operate its program on a property where other hunters also have permission to hunt.

If this consent is rescinded, or other hunters are given permission, SCDM may enter the property within 30 days to remove its stands and equipment.
